Cancelation Policy

We understand that your time is valuable and so is ours. Out of respect for our staff and clients, we request you observe our cancellation policy.

This policy has been set in place since we have been open, but we have had to now amend it due to the number of Covid-19 cancelations we have received.

We are extremely lucky to have been able to stay one after the pandemic, many businesses have not. This policy is in place to protect our business and help us grow moving forward. Thank you to our lovely clients for understanding and supporting us.

 

Deposits

  • Lauren Elizabeth Beauty requires a 30% deposit fee for any treatment of £50 and under and a 50% deposit for any treatment £100 or under.
  • This amount will be deducted from the total treatment value once it is complete and at time of payment.
  • If you haven’t paid a deposit your appointment unfortunately cannot be booked in the diary
  • Deposits are non refundable and non transferable if made outside of our 48hr cancelation policy

 

Cancelation

  • Any cancelations for bookings need to be made 48hrs in advance. If you cancel under the 48hr time period your deposit will be lost. This includes Covid-19 related issues, general sickness, lateness or any other reason.

Rebooking

All clients can reschedule appointments for another day. We understand that things happen which are out of our control, and you may not be able to attend, however you will still need to follow our 48hr policy. If for any reason, you are unable to do this, your deposit will be lost. We will be able to change your appointment for you, and another security deposit will need to be taken.

No Shows

We do not tolerate no shows at Lauren Elizabeth Beauty. If you do not turn up for your appointment, your 30% deposit will be lost and full payment for the remaining balance of your treatment will need to be paid. If you want to rebook with us in future after a no show, you will be required to pay for your next appointment upfront and in full.

 

Lateness

If you are late we may not be able to carry out the full treatment but you will still get charged full price. This would happen if our therapists have clients booked in immediately after your treatment. If we can accommodate and have time to do so, then we will happily honour the full treatment despite of any lateness

 

We truly value our staff and clients and unfortunately, we cannot fill spaces at short notice. We need to keep our business running efficiently and effectively and we simply cannot sustain cancellations outside of our policy.
