WE ARE A COVID-19 SAFE SALON
Our Priority is the safety of our Clients and Staff, therefore we have made a number of changes to how we manage the salon.
We have completed the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention and Control course which is accredited by the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists.
If any of our staff feel ill or have symptoms of C0VlD-19, they will self-isolate and not come to the salon. Unfortunately this could lead to the cancellation of your appointment (if we do not have an other staff member available). We will of course re book your appointment for the soonest availability. We hope you understand that this is to ensure your safety.
Should you or any of the people you live with feel unwell or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please cancel your booking and wait to come to the salon when you feel better.
Visiting the Salon
Your temperature will be taken with a no touch Digital themometer on arrival, staff and clients who record a temperature of 38C will need to go home. This is purely a safety measure, please do not be offended.
For your safety and to maintain social distancing, we ask that you attend your appointment on time time as we no longer have a waiting area.
Due to social distancing we are limiting the number of people in the salon at any one time.
We respectfully request that you attend your salon appointments unaccompanied and with minimal personal possessions.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning in the salon, every station is cleaned and fully disinfected between clients. All common surfaces/areas including toilets, door handles, taps and switches are disinfected
All tools and equipment as always are sterilised after each use.
Wherever possible we will utilise environmentally, friendly, single use items during a treatment that will be disposed of safely after use in order to protect from cross contamination.
You will have access to hand sanitisation, soap and water to wash your hands with as soon as you enter the salon. You will be guided on arrival regarding all precautions for the safety of you and our staff.

All of our staff regularly wash and sanitise their hands, all use personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the day. This include disposable gloves / face masks / visors/aprons where appropriate. PPE is changed between clients.
Laundering of salon towels and uniforms are a priority we can assure you that all salon laundry is washed at 60 degrees centigrade.
